Stille Nacht by Grace Handbells

Grace Handbells performing the brilliant "Stille Nacht" by Betty Garee

When I started this Handbell Advent project, I honestly had no idea how to end it. After 23 days of wonderful handbell videos, what could possibly hold up as the last piece? Then I ran across Grace Handbells performing probably my favorite handbell piece ever, Betty Garee’s arrangement of “Still Nacht”.

This arrangement is pure perfection. From the dramatic chord changes that give you just the right amount of uneasiness to the verse accompanied only by sweeping bass lines, I love everything about this arrangement.

I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season! Join us again next year for 24 days of holiday handbell music!
